Scope and proposal
Your individual proposal defines the product, scope, extras and agreed price. Landing Express includes up to 7 sections; Business Website includes up to 5 pages.
Payment and timing
50% deposit and 50% before publication or final delivery. Production starts when the deposit and all materials are received: 3–5 business days for Landing Express and 7–10 for Business Website. Delays in materials or feedback pause the timeline.
Revisions
One consolidated revision round. Feedback is recommended within 5 business days. Extras are quoted and approved beforehand. Errors attributable to Nashi do not count as the revision round.
Pauses and cancellation
Projects may be paused after 10 business days without a response; reactivation is reviewed after 30 days of inactivity. Once work begins, the deposit is non-refundable. Before work begins, non-recoverable costs may be deducted. If Nashi cancels without client breach, the portion for uncompleted work is refunded.
Ownership and delivery
The client owns the domain. Project-specific files are delivered after full payment; Nashi retains reusable components, templates and systems. Clients must have permission to use the materials they supply.
Warranty and services
A 7-day technical warranty from publication covers errors attributable to development. New content and features are quoted separately. Hosting and Care are optional and separate. Search rankings and third-party service availability are not guaranteed.
Hosting and Care
Hosting: USD 90/year, paid upfront. Care: USD 30/month or USD 300/year, up to 2 small requests and approximately 30 minutes total monthly, with no rollover. Response within 2 business days. Extra work: USD 30 per block of up to 30 minutes. Renewal and cancellation details are specified in the proposal.
